Tallow, which is derived from grass-fed cows, has numerous benefits due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. It helps to boost the immune system and supports skin repair. Tallow contains trace amounts of vitamins such as A, D, E, K, and B-12, as well as antioxidants. Additionally, it contains several beneficial fatty acids such as Linoleic Acid (CLA), Oleic Acid, Palmitoleic Acid, and Steric Acid, along with minerals. While some companies like Cerave adds cholesterol to their lotions to provide benefits, we prefer to use tallow in our skincare products as it provides our skin with necessary nutrients without the use of additional ingredients that are not beneficial or necessary in tallow products.

To ensure that our jars of balms are universally reusable for everyone after they have finished them, we decided to revert back to the beginning days and use Ball Mason Jars. We also noticed that these jars are the most durable option available. We tested the jars in various situations, such as dropping them, and found that the Ball Mason Jar remained intact. While some people may assume that we chose this option for cost reasons, we can assure you that these jars are actually more expensive than other available options. but we can show that the ball mason jars are more expensive than our other available options.

Every ingredient we choose, we make sure it does not cancel out another; the body utilizes it for the purpose of the product we are making. So much can sound beneficial! I add what is necessary; nothing is added to make the product sound fancy for a higher price tag. We ensure every oil is organic/naturally sourced; we find the best quality options. For the herbs, we either grow our own or find them locally from another organic source. Beeswax is from my hive or, when needed, sourced from another local beekeeper.
